Our Refund & Return Policy

As a brand committed to sustainability, every product at Charm. Studs. Leather & Lace. is created on-demand especially for you. This helps us reduce overproduction and waste. Because of the special nature of these made-to-order items, we have a specific policy for returns and refunds.

Damages and Quality Issues

Your happiness is our top priority. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To resolve a quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@charmstudsleatherandlace.co with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. A brief description of the issue.

We will work with our production partner to arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are printed on demand just for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for issues where there is no quality defect. This includes:

  • You ordered the wrong size, color, or design.
  • You changed your mind.

To ensure you order the correct size, please refer to the detailed size chart included on each apparel product page.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to follow our return process for any quality issues and place a separate new order for the correct item.
